FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Coat a concrete floor for an inexpensive and low-maintenance solution. Costs range from $1,442 to $2,993 depending on the size of your job.

One of the best is a two-part epoxy because it’s by far the most durable. This type of coating requires thorough prep and very good ventilation for it to dry properly.

Polished concrete floors have many benefits, but they are not a viable option for old cracked or pitted surfaces.
A troweled epoxy-aggregate flooring system is the better choice if this is necessary and it will be more long lasting than polishing which only smoothens and evens out slighter imperfections in surface texture.

You’ll find that Polyaspartic coatings cost around $5 – 7 per square foot. You can expect to pay twice as much for the same coverage with epoxy coating and when they’re used on a 2-car garage, you could be looking at close to $2,000 – $2,800 in total costs!
